Eligibility
The DECaDE Centre for the Decentralized Digital Economy welcomes applications from students of all nationalities who aspire to pursue a PhD in AI, Computer Vision, or Blockchain. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a first-class or 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, computer science, signal processing, applied mathematics, or physics.
- Demonstrate exceptional mathematical, analytical, and programming skills.
- Previous experience in computer vision, and machine/deep learning is advantageous. Alternatively, experience in distributed ledger technologies (DLT) like Blockchain, especially when combined with AI or signal processing, will be considered.
