For nearly two decades, the Women in Technology Scholarship (WITS) program has been a beacon of support for over 157 women on their educational journey in computer science, information management systems, or other IT-related fields. Annually available to women across the United States, the WITS program commences during the first quarter, with awards granted in the second quarter. Multiple scholarship awards, each valued up to $2,500.00, are conferred to deserving recipients.
To be considered for the WITS scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Enrollment or acceptance into a two or four‐year college or university in the United States for the upcoming school year.
- Enrollment in classes at a college or university in the United States for the Fall semester when the scholarship is awarded.
- Pursuing a career in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or another related field.
