Historically, women have faced enormous barriers in the workplace, due to societal and cultural systems that constrain their opportunities. Today, women are still dismantling the constructs that have been internalized over generations.

Over six weeks, you’ll gain the tools, insights, and resilience to overcome structural barriers to work success and fulfillment. Designed by the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, this program begins with an in-depth exploration of the historical and cultural underpinnings that have shaped gender stereotypes of women. You’ll learn how to engage with these barriers, and how to harness verbal and non-verbal communication skills for effective leadership. Alongside a diverse cohort of women leaders, you’ll study topics such as intergenerational trauma, motivational systems, and the effect of inner dialogue and imposter syndrome. You’ll walk away from the program with a leadership plan, based on your personal goals and leadership vision, ready to achieve your purpose as a leader.
